These terms and conditions govern the use of MetroBetz by all registered punters. By creating an account, depositing funds or playing any game on the site, a punter agrees to be bound by the terms set out below in full.
1. Eligibility

2. Account Registration and Security
Punters are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and must notify MetroBetz immediately of any suspected unauthorised access. MetroBetz is not liable for losses arising from a punter’s failure to secure their own account details. Accounts found to contain false information may be suspended pending verification or closed permanently.

5. Responsible Gambling

Nothing in these terms limits liability for matters that cannot lawfully be excluded under UK consumer protection law.
9. Dispute Resolution
Punters with an unresolved complaint should first contact MetroBetz customer support via live chat or email. If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, punters may escalate the matter to the relevant independent dispute resolution service specified at the time of licensing, in line with standard UK gambling industry practice.
10. Changes to These Terms
MetroBetz may update these terms from time to time to reflect regulatory changes, new features or operational requirements. Material changes will be communicated to registered punters by email or account notification ahead of taking effect. 11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction under which MetroBetz holds its operating licence. Any dispute not resolved through the process described in section 9 will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts under that governing law.
